Release Reminder: Air Jordan 4 “Raptors”

The Air Jordan 4 “Raptors” colorway is set to drop in under 24 hours and here’s how you can get your hands on a pair

After months of waiting, one of the most anticipated retro Air Jordans to hit the market this year are set to on Saturday.

The Air Jordan 4 “Raptors” will officially release on Saturday, August 18th for $200 just months after its initial reveal. The shoe was originally thought to be the latest collab between the brand and rapper Drake who is partnered with his hometown NBA franchise the Toronto Raptors.

But after rumors swirled that the rapper was leaving the brand for adidas, the shoe removed the rumored Drake signature on the tongue.

Despite the rumors, the shoe did stay true to its Raptors name with a black suede upper that is contrasted with red and has purple accents throughout. The colorway matches Toronto’s primary colors for the Raptors.

The tongue features the Jumpman branded logo in a tonal black and the speckled midsole compliments the black and red rubber outsole to round off the sleek design.
