Travis Scott previews CJ1 T-Rexx ‘Dark Mocha’ before Gladiator 2 showings

As another sneaker release approaches for Cactus Jack, another way of reinventing high quality promotion arises. Scott took the opportunity to show off the upcoming release in front of packed movie theater's over the weekend gaining a bunch of attention on the shoes that have become his prized possession.

With the sneaker being Scott's first signature sneaker with Jordan Brand, he should be taking advantage and use the opportunity to make as many color ways as possible while the shoe can be trendy and have many fans eager to get the first edition of a sneaker that might end up being similar to the legacy of a sneaker like the Air Jordan 1.

The upper’s appears in a black canvas, leaving each of the suede overlays aside from the black swoosh appearing in the shade of brown Scott has favored heavily throughout his many Jordan and Nike collaborations. The signature hue has become known as Scott's look and has followed his style in his clothing as well as even some of his album artwork in his music career. It is fitting that the color way would make its way to his signature shoe as it was also the main look of his debut Air Jordan 1 collaboration.

In a two minute montage, Scott gives a look at a black and white color pallated visual of the upcoming sneaker drop. Starting with a shot of Scott walking the backstage of a venue similar to a pregame of a NBA player, the highlight video leads down the path of shot of Travis preparing for his concertn and eventually doing the Jordan jumpman pose which forms into the infamous Jordan logo. Ending with the "T-Rexx" wording and the Cactus Jack logo, the shoe might have finally made its mark with this look and should be a hot seller for fans of all kinds.
