Additionally, the Curry 12 includes a lightweight Pebax plate in the midfoot and a segmented midsole in the forefoot, delivering enhanced stability without compromising flexibility during play. The upper features a new, stylish engineered mesh pattern that increases breathability and zonal support, allowing for a more tailored fit. This design not only contributes to a customized experience but also presents a sleek aesthetic that seamlessly moves with the player.

The esteemed Golden State Warriors guard and President of the Curry Brand shared his insights on the launch of the Curry 12s in an official news release from Under Armour, stating:

"Every year we try and improve upon design and innovation and this year I think we have something special, a sleeker design unlike any previous Curry. My team designed this model to help players accelerate and cut with precision without sacrificing comfort. I’ve been breaking them in this summer and looking forward to releasing them to everyone."

There are several features on the Curry 12 silhouettes that pay homage to significant facets of Steph Curry's personal life. The Curry 12 sneakers boast a robust TPU heel counter designed to provide outstanding support, prominently displayed with the Roman numeral "XII". This detail pays homage to one of Stephen Curry's tattoos and signifies the significance of this being his twelfth signature shoe. Additionally, the outsole of the Curry 12 features family-inspired elements that honor Stephen’s wife and children. Notably, Stephen’s youngest son, Caius, who was welcomed into the world in May 2024, will make his debut on the next installment of Curry’s signature footwear line.

As of August 14th, the Curry 12 is now available in exclusive "Red, White, and Blue" colorways, collectively known as the "Podium Pack," celebrating Steph's remarkable performance for Team USA at the recent 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. They can be purchased on Under Armour's official website, as well as on Dick's Sporting Goods retail site, with limited quantities remaining. As we look ahead, fans of the Curry Brand and basketball enthusiasts can anticipate a wide array of Curry 12 colorways set to be unveiled in the coming months.
