Rap icon Eminem appears at 2024 NFL Draft wearing Air Jordan 3s
The 2024 NFL Draft takes place in the "Motor City", so it's only fitting to feature Detroit's very own Eminem in the festivities.
The "Motor City" of Detroit, Michigan plays host to this year's edition of the NFL Draft. What better way to get Detroit riled up for the next generation of football stars than by introducing legendary rap sensation Eminem in the opening ceremony?
Before the commencement of the draft, Eminem, real name Marshall Mathers, made a grand appearance on stage where he greeted the audience alongside NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. Given the sneakers inspiration from a popular, retro Jordan style, it definitely added to their appeal and helped generate interest upon their debut in 2023. It was no surprise when they quickly flew off the shelves, becoming a must-have item for sneaker enthusiasts everywhere.
The "White Cement Reimagined" showcases a sleek design, with clean white leather uppers complemented by stylish gray elephant print accents, that have become synonymous with the Jordan 3 line, and subtle touches of black. The eye-catching uppers are perfectly paired with sail-colored midsoles and space-gray outsoles.
