Is Angel Reese next in line for a signature sneaker following her WNBA declaration?
The now, former LSU Tiger has had a busy week and things are not slowing down.

LSU standout forward Angel Reese has had quite the week leading up to her current status in the world of basketball and sports in general. Reese entered the week alongside her Tigers star players Hailey Van Lith and Flau'Jae Johnson on Monday in a highly anticipated matchup against Caitlin Clark and her Iowa Hawkeyes in the Elite Eight March Madness game.

Even with the matchup being highly competitive, Reese would take the eventual loss and make her way to the press conference podium. It was here where Reese would make headlines all over X and social platforms alike in an emotional presser addressing the game, how she had been treated on social media leading up to Monday, and what was in store for her next.

It was on Wednesday that news would officially break via Instagram and a full-length interview with Vogue that Angel Reese has declared for the WNBA draft this coming season, a move that many were eager to see if Reese would take the eventual next step in her basketball career and make her mark in the W.
Along with the news that a lucky team will soon have a top prospect on their roster in the 21-year-old, 6'3 star, Angel Reese, she also made her official debut with Reebok, via a brand new ad, who had recently signed Reese to a Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) deal. Reebok seems to have big plans for the former Tiger as she is being positioned highly already.

As the world of women's basketball grows more popular day by day with it seeming like everywhere you look a team has landed a huge star on their roster, both in college and the WNBA, Reebok might be looking to take full advantage, and set up Reese with her first ever signature sneaker deal as she heads towards her first WNBA season. It would not be the first that we have seen as both Sabrina Ionescu and Breanna Stewart have respective signature sneaker deals that are hot sellers.
