Adidas continues to clear out excess Yeezy inventory by marking down prices

Over the past few months, it has been announced that Adidas plans to release the remaining stock of their Yeezy inventory during their annual Yeezy Day event. As the brand has cut ties with Ye (formerly Kanye West) and ended their collaborative relationship, most of the remaining items in the Adidas supply have been gradually uploaded to the Adidas website and the Adidas Confirmed app for more sought-after pairs.

So far, Adidas has confirmed that pairs that didn't sell out immediately at release are now available to join the rest of the Yeezy footwear family on Adidas.com. These shoes are available at regular price and are ready to order. For fans of the brand, many sneakerheads have already started placing orders for styles they may have missed out on initially. Notably, some models from previous releases are now available with discounts, such as the original "Yeezy 350 Turtle Dove" and "Yeezy 350 V2 Zebra". Many fans are taking advantage of this opportunity to grab these shoes at a reasonable price, rather than having to pay more in the resale market.

Original drops are not the only pairs being released, even at a discount.

Accompanying the signature drops comes something that has yet to be seen when it comes to the Yeezy brand and the collaboration with Adidas, certain official Yeezy sneakers being released for a clearance price. As shoppers head to the Adidas website, they will see a pleasant surprise for fans of the "Yeezy 380" model, "Yeezy 450" model, and the "Yeezy 700 MNVN" model as these have all been marked down 50% off the retail price. It is only certain styles of said models, it is a toss-up depending on your taste, but for a clearance price on a known premium sneaker, it might be worth a look for some.

In addition to the pairs released online, some shoppers have been lucky enough to find remaining pairs at Adidas outlet stores in Dubai, but it's expected to follow suit for North American outlet locations also. This suggests that the brand is attempting to clear out inventory as quickly as possible. So far, shoppers have discovered the same styles, including the "Yeezy 380" and "Yeezy 700 MNVN", but in different colorways. Notably, these pairs have been discounted by 50% as well.

As for the original designs and styles, it appears that most are selling out rapidly. Interestingly, many pairs that are typically hot sellers remain available on the sites, leading sneakerheads to adopt a wait-and-see approach. Rather than rushing to buy, they're holding out for the possibility of these popular designs and colorways dropping in price, allowing them to snag a bargain.
