Nocta continues to drop drop drop...

The next pair of sneakers in Drake's Nike 'Nocta' collaboration line is set to drop this Fall, and they come in a metallic color way. The minimalistic style of the Nocta sneaker model arrives showcasing this white, black, and silver look, with the overall aesthetic of the shoe offering a vintage throwback type design. 

Complete with black bottom sole accompanied by orange hits, the shoe showcases a distinct style that is captured in the modern day sneaker by something like a Nike Zoom Vomero sneaker or the Zoom Flight 95, much like something from the early 2000s in the sense that the clunky look is 'in' with the times and completes a style choice that is often sought after for that vintage style. It is a sneaker many strive to have in their wardrobe to accompany those throwback graphic tees or old school sports jerseys. The model completes the outfit that is inspired by that Y2K style that has gained much more popularity as we have gone more into the future, funny enough. 

The sneaker meshes well with current fashion trends and blends the styles of that throwback basketball wear while also adding to the outfit with the minimalistic yet tech-heavy vibes of the silver, white, and black color combination. 

While Drake finds himself in the midst of a career-changing period with a year removed from the Kendrick Lamar battle as well as the battle with his record label, UMG, the footwear will continue to come to shelves. As for what is next for the Canadian artist, time will tell as we await his next solo record.
