In what started off looking to be a slaughter for the Philidelphia Eagles heading into Washington's home territory, the Commanders would not give up. Even with multiple turnovers, a total of five times, their rookie quarterback throwing two crucial interceptions and their top players losing three more fumbles, they were able to secure the victory in crunch time, and that is the story of Washington's 2024 season so far. Jayden Daniels once again secured a much needed win and while it is an exciting time to be a DC fan, a certain Philly Eagle showed up in festive sprit for the week coming up.

Cornerback Isaiah Rodgers played the game decked out in some awesome custom Grinch themed cleats, decorated in fully festive decor.

Featuring a classic animated Grinch character face on the toebox fully covered in green fur and etched in design, the 26 year old Tampa native made sure to go all out with these themed cleats. Posting an in-depth teaser of the kicks the night before, Rodgers made sure to gain fan interest on social media of the cleats. Many fans were excited to see the model and even pushed for Rodgers to showcase the look on the field.

Isaiah Rodgers did not let fans down as he was seen wearing the specialty football sneakers on the field on Sunday. Featuring white laces on a Santa coat themed red upper, they might be an all timer look. "34" can be seen in a candy cane themed style on the ankle along with a candy cane Nike swoosh along the side of the shoe , "STINK, STANK, STUNK" along the opposite side, and finally the classic "You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch" stitched in as well, all sitting atop a green cleated sole.

While the Eagles did not get the job done this week, they are still in good standings and who knows, with the festive sprit, maybe some good luck will carry on to their next outing on the field.
