The month of May is shaping up to be a big one when it comes to new sneaker releases, especially for the collab variety. Justin Timberlake is back with Nike, collaborating on an upcoming Nike Golf sneaker.  The singer, actor, and jack of all trades first teamed with Nike and specifically Jordan Brand to create a special-edition Air Jordan 3 sneaker for the Super Bowl.

An Italian-made sneaker will be the focal point of this collab, making it a carefully detailed shoe. Limited to only 1,981 pairs-- an homage to the singer's birth year-- the sneaker is making the rounds as a highly anticipated drop even for those who do not play the sport. The coffee-toned color way is set to deliver a tan base covering a majority of the sneaker, along with peach highlights to contrast. The bottoms of the golf sneakers are completed with a bright red finish, as well as the standouts, as per usual for golf shoes; you need the stability after all. Imagine playing baseball or football with regular sneakers, you would wreck your ankles. In all seriousness, though, this specific design has to be thought out about releasing in regular sneaker form, the color way is just too fire to pass up on.

The phrase ‘Raggio di sole’, Italian for ‘ray of sunshine’, can be noticed on the insole and special edition shoebox. Speaking of the shoebox, it, of course, comes as a special edition look and includes a pair of matching socks to go with the sneakers.

While the price is steep at $500, it is a luxury style and is slated to drop on May 1st.
