As he spends the week ahead preparing for the WWE's premier quarter-one event of the year, the Royal Rumble, CM Punk made sure to stop by 'Sneaker Shopping' with Complex on Monday, joining host Joe La Puma at Flight Club in LA to make sure he has some new kicks to wear for appearances to come. On the line, of course, for Punk is a trip to the main event of Wrestlemania for a world title of his choosing, a feat he has yet to reach so far in his illustrious career. Atlanta is the final stop on the way to the Royal Rumble, so one has to wonder if some of the new sneakers Punk bought will make an appearance on Netflix.

Punk would purchase three pairs of sneakers during this rendition of Sneaker Shopping with Complex, totaling up to $3183.17. The pairs purchased? Futura Laboratories x Nike Dunk Low SBs, Air Jordan 1 Low Crimson Tints, and the one that brought the bill up the most, the Off-White x Air Jordan 1 Retro High UNCs. Punk last featured on the Complex series in October 2021, totaling up to $1848.86, nearly doubling his previous receipt on this trip.

Punk has showcased more of his shoe game during this recent iteration of his career since his return to the Pro Wrestling industry in 2021. While staying old school and continuing to wrestle in boots and kick pads, Punk has displayed a couple of high and mid-Jordan 1s-- keeping true to Chicago roots-- on feet during promo segments in both AEW and WWE.

Punk enters the fray of an extremely stacked Mens Royal Rumble match for this year, named next to John Cena (who is making a full-time return to WWE for his final year), Roman Reigns, Rey Mysterio, Seth Rollins, and his most recent blood feud rival in Drew Mcintyre. It all comes to a head on Saturday, February 1st, at the Royal Rumble.
