Kanye West releases Yeezy 700s based on his albums

Any die hard Kanye West fans dying to get his next album can get a hold of the next best thing: an entire sneaker collection based on his classic albums.

It has been a little bit over a year since we last her a music project from Kanye West. The last album we got from Ye was called, well, Ye. How appropriate, right? What was not so appropriate, however, was the initial response to the album, which was less than favorable. Granted, the album received mixed reviews at best, but given that the album came out right after West went up to TMZ and said that he thought that slavery was a choice (even going as far as to address the interaction on his album), critics were bound to express their disapproval in their reviews.

Of course, that was a year ago and a lot has changed in a year. Right now, West is working on his next album, rumored to be titled Jesus is King. His wife, Kim Kardashian, actually teased the tracklist for this album on her social media and also teased that the album will drop alongside a new collection of Yeezy 700 sneakers later this month. It looks like that last part at least is definitely true.

If you cannot wait for this new album to drop, feel free to reminisce on his old albums as they were the source of new Yeezy 700 colorways. Classic albums that put Kanye on the map like My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy, College Dropout, Late Registration, Graduation, 808s and Heartbreak, Yeezy, The Life of Pablo and last but not least, Ye, are forever immortalized in these new kicks. You can check them all out at this link.

These shoes don’t have a release date yet, but be on the lookout for future updates.
